Our online return portal offers Free Instant Exchanges (Australian orders only), refunds and store credit notes.

Ensure your return meets the conditions of our Returns Policy before lodging your return. 

All returns must be lodged online. Please ensure the return slip is included with the garment to avoid delay or cancellation.

Return Parcel Tracking - For a seamless return process, a shipping label is created when you lodge your return through our portal. This label includes your tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your return.

If you choose to return your item via another carrier, please use a tracked service, as we are unable to investigate returns without a tracking number.

For Sydney customers, returns can be returned via post or drop off to the Somarklivo HQ in Rosebery, NSW. Return Drop off times are between 8am - 5pm on Monday to Friday, at the below address.

We now offer Free Instant Exchanges on eligible products (available to Australian customers only).

For all other returns, return labels are at the expense of the customer and can be purchased via our online returns portal. Return rates may vary depending on your location and will be deducted from your refund amount upon processing your return. Return shipping rates can be viewed prior to purchase when lodging your return.

Return Shipping Insurance - For $3.99 per month you can join Refundid Plus. Refundid Plus is a subscription service that provides you return insurance on all Instant Refunds’ return labels purchased through Refundid. You can sign up when creating your Refundid account. Please see here for further details.

Once your return has arrived at our Australian warehouse facility, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be processed.

Please note: During Sales and Promotional periods, processing times may extended by 2 to 3 days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been completed. 

If your return is eligible for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original payment method, less any original shipping fees.

Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to five business days for this amount to appear in your account.

Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the issue date and will be emailed to you with a unique code to use online.

Credit notes are issued when you return an item and opt for store credit in line with our Returns Policy. Please note, this is not a gift card.

If your order was paid fully with a credit note, your refund will be issued as a new credit note. For partially paid orders, the refunded amount will return to the original credit note.

Items labelled "Final Sale" are considered final sale. Final Sale items are not eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit, unless deemed faulty. 

When returning your items, please note that any customs, duties, or taxes paid at checkout or upon delivery will not be refunded by Somarklivo. We recommend reaching out to your local customs office to inquire about potential refunds available in your country.

Gift cards, purchased or received as a gift cannot be returned.

Somarklivo only accepts returns from orders placed on our website. If you have purchased through a Somarklivo stockist, please contact the retailer of where you purchased and they’ll be able to assist with your return. 

All items are quality controlled before dispatch but if you receive an item that is not right please contact our team immediately at coin@somarklivo.blog, please include order number, photo of the fault and our Customer Care team will respond as soon as possible with a solution.

If the item is deemed faulty we will organise a repair or replacement. If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered. Please note that items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, failure to follow care instructions, or misuse will not be considered faulty.
